Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Herbal Nature’s business opportunity and use of our products and services. By joining as a member, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Membership & Eligibility

• Members must be 18 years or older.
• A starter pack purchase of R900 is required to activate membership.
• Membership is non-transferable and may be terminated if Terms are violated.

3. Compensation & Earnings

• Commissions are paid according to Herbal Nature’s compensation plan (up to 5 levels deep).
• Earnings depend on personal sales, team sales, and effort — they are not guaranteed.
• Incentives (trips, bonuses, rewards) are fully paid upon qualifying requirements being met.

4. Member Responsibilities

• Members must promote Herbal Nature ethically and truthfully.
• False income claims or misleading product claims are strictly prohibited.
• Members must comply with local laws and tax obligations regarding income earned.

5. Product Use & Claims

• Herbal teas are wellness products and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
• Results may vary among individuals.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payments for products or starter packs are non-refundable once delivered.
• Membership fees are considered a product purchase, not an investment.

7. Termination of Membership

• Herbal Nature reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations including:
• Misrepresentation of the business.
• Fraudulent activities.
• Unethical behavior damaging the company’s reputation.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Herbal Nature is not liable for indirect, incidental, or financial losses arising from participation in the business.

9. Amendments

• These Terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
